Tipp City Campus Pastor & Next Generation Executive Pastor Rachel Billups

Rachel Billups serves as Tipp City Campus Pastor & Executive Pastor of Next Generation Ministries and is part of the preaching team. She teams with family and young adult ministries to dream and deploy discipleship opportunities for making young disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. She also provides leadership and vision for the Tipp City Campus. Rachel, an Ordained Elder within the United Methodist Church, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Bible/Religion and History from Anderson University and a Master of Divinity degree from Duke Divinity School. In 2008, she was selected as one of the top 50 young United Methodist pastors in the U.S. to participate in the Young Pastors’ Network with Pastor Adam Hamilton of Church of the Resurrection in Leawood, Kansas and Ginghamsburg Pastor Mike Slaughter. Rachel was also the first clergy resident for the United Methodist West Ohio Conference’s Residency Program. Rachel is the co-author of Sent: Delivering the Gift of Hope at Christmas and Down to Earth.

Before Rachel joined the Ginghamsburg team in July 2014, she served as the lead pastor of Shiloh United Methodist, a multisite church in Cincinnati, Ohio.
