  • - 15,000 fed in the local community
  • - 1100 families provided with cars, furniture, clothes or rent and utility assistance
  • - 90+ mission opportunities for all ages completed to locations around the world
  • - 65,000 children, women and men fed in the Sudan
  • - 19,000 displaced children in Darfur provided with protection, education and healthcare
  • - Tens of thousands of Sudanese and their livestock provided with safe water through the completion of six water yards. At the end of a four-year project, 14 water yards will be installed and provide clean water for over 220,000 Sudanese and their livestock.

Which airport is closest to Ginghamsburg?
Is transportation provided between the airport, hotels and Ginghamsburg?
  • Ginghamsburg does not provide transportation. Please plan to rent a car (available at Dayton International Airport) or contact your hotel to see if a shuttle service is available.

Pricing

Does the price of the conference include meals or lodging?
  • Your registration does not include lodging. For full-day pre-conference and post-conference intensive attendees, lunch is provided. During the conference, morning and afternoon snacks are included as well as lunch for both days.
Who qualifies for the student rate?
  • Seminary students can attend for $79 (with a copy of their student ID).
Can I bring my child or nursing infant to the conference?
  • While families are very important to us, the Change the World conference is just for adults. Young children and infants are not permitted in the sessions, and childcare is not available.
What is the dress code during the conference?
  • The dress code is casual for all events. Be sure to bring a sweater or jacket for layering in case you find a room chilly while attending a session.
Will you provide sign language interpretation or translation into Spanish during the conference?
  • We do not currently provide sign language interpretation or Spanish translation. However, if you need special assistance in the case of a disability, please contact our conference registrar about your specific needs at 1.866.238.2930.
May I record the sessions?
  • Sessions should not be either video or audio recorded. However, for selected presentations, audio and/or video may be available for purchase in the conference bookstore. See the bookstore staff when you are here for details. Also, for promotional and marketing purposes, Ginghamsburg reserves the right to use any audio, video and/or photography of attendees acquired during the conference.
