Carolyn Slaughter

Membership and Marriage Preparation

Carolyn Slaughter is an adult ministries specialist with a special emphasis on curriculum development. She provides leadership to two of the covenantal ministries of Ginghamsburg Church--membership and marriage preparation.

Carolyn, who holds a master’s degree in Family Life Education, is co-author of A Follower’s Life curriculum (Group Publishing), which Ginghamsburg uses and other churches have adopted to prepare attenders for membership, and is a contributor to the adult Transformation Journal created by the Ginghamsburg discipleship team. Carolyn, who received the 2003 Harry Denman Award for Evangelism for the West Ohio Conference, has been a key ministry partner with husband Mike Slaughter for over 30 years.
