John Jung

Care and Counseling Director

John Jung, director of care and counseling, holds a master’s degree in counseling and is a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC). At Ginghamsburg, John leads the New Creation Counseling Center, is the board president of New Path, the community outreach arm of Ginghamsburg, and trains and leads the lay pastor team that provides pastoral care to Ginghamsburg attenders.

John frequently participates as member or chair of multiple community-based boards in medical, mental health and family service-related areas and was the director of mental health services for Montgomery County prior to joining the Ginghamsburg team.
