To maximize learning and minimize costs, invite key staff and lay leaders from across your church or organization. Early bird and group rates are available. Full payment must accompany all registrations.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Before you begin to register a group, it is helpful if you have each attendee's name, email, contact information, etc. available for entry. If you do not, copy your own information as each attendee and return to your registratio later to update it. 


  • Individual for CHANGE the WORLD: $175
  • Group for CHANGE the WORLD (minimum of 5 all registering at the same time and on the same credit card or check): $165
  • ​Seminary or Undergrad Student for CHANGE the WORLD: $50
  • Worship Design Pre-Intensive: $90

​Your registration fee includes lunch and snacks both days and all materials. Dinner, accommodations and other travel expenses are not included. Cancellation and Refund Policy

The registration fee is refundable less a $50 processing fee up to 15 days prior to the conference. After that date, attendee substitutions will be allowed or fees paid may be applied to any Ginghamsburg Conference within the next 12 months but no refunds are issued.
