Register

To maximize learning and minimize costs, invite key staff and lay leaders from across your church or organization. Early bird and group rates are available if you attend both ROOTED and CHANGE the WORLD conferences. Full payment must accompany all registrations. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Before you begin to register a group, ensure that you have each attendee's name, email, contact information, etc. available for entry. If you do not, copy your own information as each attendee and return to your registratio later to update it. 

ROOTED CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

  • Individual: $130
  • Group  (minimum of 5 all registering at the same time and on the same credit card or check): $120
  • Seminary or Undergrad Student: $50

​Your registration fee includes lunch and snacks both days and all materials. Dinner, accommodations and other travel expenses are not included. Click on the orange button below to begin your registration. 

ROOTED is a "traveling" event with visits to multiple campuses in the Dayton, Ohio area. Maps will be provided.

ROOTED plus CHANGE the WORLD Conferences

EARLY BIRD (Register by February 15 to save.)

  • Individual for ROOTED + CHANGE the WORLD: $255
  • Group for ROOTED + CHANGE the WORLD (minimum of 5 all registering at the same time and on the same credit card or check): $235

REGULAR REGISTRATION (after February 15)

  • Individual for ROOTED + CHANGE the WORLD: $275
  • Group for ROOTED + CHANGE the WORLD (minimum of 5 all registering at the same time and on the same credit card or check): $255

Note: Seminary or Undergrad Students may register for ROOTED + CHANGE the WORLD for $100.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The registration fee is refundable less a $50 processing fee up to 15 days prior to the conference. After that date, attendee substitutions will be allowed or fees paid may be applied to any Ginghamsburg Conference within the next 12 months but no refunds are issued.
