Directions to Ginghamsburg Church from the north…
Travel south on Interstate 75 until you reach exit #68 (State Route 571). Turn right on 571 and drive until you reach County Road 25A (5/3 Bank will be on the right). Turn left and head south, crossing Evanston Road. The Ginghamsburg Church Tipp City Campus will be located on the left side of the street.

Travel north on Interstate 75 until you reach exit #64 for Northwoods Blvd. Once you have exited the highway, turn left on Northwoods Blvd. Turn right onto N. Dixie Dr. and proceed north. (At the Miami County line, the road name changes to S. County Rd. 25A.) Continue north, passing the Ginghamsburg South Campus, until you see the Ginghamsburg Church Tipp City Campus on the right side of the road.
Directions to Ginghamsburg Church from Dayton International Airport…
Exit the airport via Terminal Drive and take the US-40 east ramp toward Vandalia. Turn left onto W. National Rd. / US-40 and follow for two miles. Turn left onto N. Dixie Dr. (at the Rite Aid), which becomes County Road 25A. Continue north, passing the Ginghamsburg South Campus, until you see the Ginghamsburg Church Tipp City on the right side of the road.

Is transportation provided between the airport, hotels and Ginghamsburg?
Sorry. Ginghamsburg does not have the capacity to provide transportation. Please plan to rent a car (available at Dayton International Airport). If you do need special transportation assistance, please contact our event registrar at 1.866.238.2930 or changetheworld(at)ginghamsburg.org .
Can I bring my child or nursing infant to the conference?
While families are very important to us, the ROOTED conference is just for adults. Young children and infants are not permitted in the sessions, and childcare is not available.
What does the registration fee include?
Your registration fee includes the conference, materials, continental breakfast, lunch and snacks.
Does the price of the conference include meals or lodging?
Your registration does not include lodging or evening meals. Snacks are included as well as lunch.
How will we move among the various church campuses to be visited?
Limited seating will be provided on a first come/first served basis on church vehicles. Maps and address information will be provided to those who are driving personal or self-rented vehicles.
What is your cancellation policy?
The registration fee is refundable less a $50 processing fee up to 15 days prior to the conference. After that date, attendee substitutions will be allowed or fees paid may be applied to any Ginghamsburg Conference within the next 24 months.
Can I attend only one day of the conference?
We encourage you to take full advantage of the entire conference. There is no reduced fee for partial attendance.
What is the dress code during the conference?
The dress code is casual for all events. March weather in Ohio may be unpredictable with temperatures averaging from the thirties to the fifties. Be also sure to bring a sweater or jacket for layering in case you find a room chilly while attending a session.
Will you provide sign language interpretation or translation into Spanish during the conference?
We do not currently provide sign language interpretation or Spanish translation. However, if you need special assistance in the case of a disability, please contact our event registrar about your specific needs at 1.866.238.2930.
May I record the sessions?
Sessions should not be either video or audio recorded. For promotional and marketing purposes, Ginghamsburg reserves the right to use any audio, video and/or photography of attendees acquired during the conference.
Will CEUs be available?
United Theological Seminary will offer CEU credit (0.7 CEUs) for those who attend. You will receive applicable information when you check in for the conference.
