Zumba combines aerobic and fitness interval training with fast and slow Latin rhythms for a great calorie-burning workout. The routines are fun and easy to follow! This class will incorporate strength training to help tone and shape your body. An invigorating class combining the flexibility and balance of Yoga and the toning of resistance training. Please bring a mat and small hand weights (1 to 5 pounds). All levels of fitness welcome. A $2 donation is requested per class.

Increase your vitality, strength and flexibility with traditional yoga poses. Yoga involves stretching, twisting, bending and balancing - check with your doctor before beginning this or any exercise regime. This class will be suitable for beginners or those with previous yoga experience. There will be an emphasis on self awareness and never forcing oneself into an uncomfortable posture. Wear clothing suitable for floor exercises. Bring a sticky mat and towel. Yoga is typically practiced with bare feet, however non-skid socks are acceptable. A $2 donation is requested per class. Join the Ginghamsburg Running Club! Membership is $10 per year, which includes a group bandana with the GRC logo. Group runs are available the first and third Saturday of each month at 7 a.m. Location will be announced in the bulletin and via email. Run the distance and pace of your choice.
