New Path, Inc., which is largely supported by Ginghamsburg Church, is a faith-based, non-profit organization that serves the needs of low-income families and families in crisis in the Miami Valley. Its outreach ministries include a food pantry, car ministry, furniture ministry, transitional housing and limited financial assistance. New Path also seeks to serve Clients’ emotional and spiritual needs through prayer and referrals.
This is the team that reaches out in service to those who are not yet part of our covenant family. There are a variety of service opportunities with the team:
New Path, Inc. serves thousands of families every year, and its dedicated servants continue to impact the lives of others.
God wants to use you to reach others for him. For those individuals or groups who would like more information, please call Sherry Canfarelli at 937.669.1213 or email at scannewpath(at)ginghamsburg.org

New Path, Inc. clients are eligible to receive food once each month, 12 months of the year. Along with monthly supplies of fresh eggs, milk, breads, frozen meats, canned and dry goods, we offer items such as paper products, shampoo and soaps when available.
Food is given with prayer and guidance, as we meet the physical needs of families in crisis.
You can donate food in two ways:
The mission of Anna’s Place is: To demonstrate the love of Christ to single mothers through a supportive community that will empower the women to raise healthy children, gain financial and emotional independence and encourage a relationship with Christ.
With this mission in mind and heart, Anna’s Place is truly a place of new beginnings. If you desire to work with Anna’s Place as a servant or wish to refer a candidate to the program, please contact Heather Salazar at 937.669.1069 ext. 452 or annasplace@ginghamsburg.org.
New Path, Inc. maintains a 3000 square foot warehouse to accept and distribute furniture. We need unpaid servants to support this ministry by working in the warehouse or picking up donated furniture one Saturday morning each month.
To donate furniture and/or household items, please drop off at the warehouse on Saturdays between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m., or call 937.669.1213 for a Saturday morning appointment for pick up.
Cars are donated to New Path, Inc., evaluated and repaired to be safe and drivable and then given to families in need. This fast-paced ministry gives away dozens of cars each year. Our warehouse is fitted with a lift and other items for the mechanics…and if you can help us process these answers to prayers, we need you! If you’re not mechanically, but detail-oriented, we have ways for you to serve in this ministry, too!
New Path, Inc. is able to offer limited help with financial needs for rent, gas and electric. As with all ministries, a Jesus-centered interview is required. Our servants share Jesus with these families in need and pray both for and with them during their interviews.
New Path, Inc. sponsors and supports other missions in the community and in Ginghamsburg Church, such as the Annual 5K Run, client holiday parties, The City Shoppe, and fundraising events.
Monetary donations can be mailed or delivered to New Path, Inc. at the main address.
