Reread Nehemiah 1:4-11.

Have you ever carried God’s pain about a situation? Explain.
Do you struggle more with having a healthy fear of God or trusting that God loves you deeply?
In what area of your life do you need to place your full trust in God? What do you need to confess?
Name a time you felt you truly were following God’s plan rather than following your own plan.
As you spend time in devotion and prayer, where do you feel God might be leading you to act?
