Before we can expect to MAKE change in the world we must BE the change we wish to see. Personal transformation always precedes public transformation--and the need for both has never been greater.
PERSONAL INVENTORY QUESTIONS:
- How much time do I commit to:
- physical health
- character health
- This past week, how much energy have you spent:
- on your physical appearance
- on your character development
- How much of your current life strategy is focused on:
- temporal success
- eternal significance
GROUP IMPACT QUESTIONS:
- Can you name one disconnect between what you believe and how you live out that belief?
- Jesus calls us the “salt of the earth.” What “flavor” do you bring to the lives of people around you?
- Do you know someone who truly models a life of salt and light? What does he or she do that makes such an impact in the lives of others?
- Describe a time you experienced a “come to Jesus” moment when your indifference or selfishness was revealed to you by your own actions. How is God developing your character in this area?
