The home improvement industry is going gangbusters but let’s be honest. It's our lives we want to fix up -  not just the houses we live in. Jesus came to heal the BROKEN-hearted. Do YOU have the guts to take on a full-life renovation?

Questions to go Deeper

The home improvement industry is going gangbusters, but let’s be honest. It's our lives we want to fix up - not just the houses we live in. Jesus came to heal the BROKEN-hearted. Take me this week to allow Jesus to renovate your heart. Daily devotionals that accompany each day's reading are also available on Facebook. They are created by a great Ginghamsburg unpaid servant team. You do not have to be a Facebook user to access them. View them here. MONDAY: Ephesians 2:8-10
What is grace? Why is it important that we are saved by grace? Do you believe that God has freely given you grace?

TUESDAY: Psalm 147:2-6
Our world seems pretty broken, but God promises to bind up the broken hearted. Where is God most actively healing the world? What about your life? What are you going to do to be part of God’s plan for healing the whole world?

WEDNESDAY: 2 Timothy 2:14-19
There is grace for our lives, but to follow Jesus we have to do stuff. What does Paul ask people to do? What changes are you making in your life to “turn from wickedness”?

THURSDAY: Matthew 17:14-20
What are the disciples struggling with in this story? Do you have faith? Do you believe that faith can move mountains? How do you practice this kind of faith?

FRIDAY: Galatians 2:15-21
What led you to faith in Jesus? What has been your experience of religious rules (laws) and regulations? How does a relationship with Jesus factor into those rules?

SATURDAY: 2 Corinthians 4:7-12
“Only the strong survive,” or so the saying goes. What does Paul say about our fragile nature? Why is it important to embrace the fragile nature of our lives?

SUNDAY: Isaiah 53:4-6
Whom do you believe the writer of Isaiah is talking about? What did Jesus do for you? Have you received God’s grace for your brokenness?
