Daily devotionals that accompany each day's reading are also available on Facebook. They are created by a great Ginghamsburg unpaid servant team. You do not have to be a Facebook user to access them. View them here. When the page opens, click the date under NOTES (on the left hand side) to access the full document.

MONDAY: Psalm 139
How does King David describe God? How does he describe us? God’s word reminds us that we are fearfully and wonderfully made – ALREADY. Meditate on verses 14-16.

TUESDAY: Genesis 1:22-27 & Ephesians 2:8-10
In both of these scriptures God is portrayed as a creative artist, and we are his artwork. What do these scriptures say about who you already are?

WEDNESDAY: 1 Samuel 16:1-13
What does this story and verse 7 teach us about the difference between how we value success and how God values success? Offer your yielded heart to God as your worship to God this morning.

THURSDAY: 1 Samuel 17 What prepared David for Goliath? Check out verses 33-37. It was David’s time in his seemingly unimportant and inconspicuous role that prepared him to face giants. What does this say about your current struggles, employment and assignments?

FRIDAY: Mark 12:28-34
Jesus commands us to love our neighbor as we love ourselves. Invite the Holy Spirit to bring to mind any area in your life where you are not loving yourself well. Remember God adores you.

SATURDAY: Philippians 4:4-9
We are enough because God is enough. Take some me to write down what you’re anxious about and what you are thankful for. Then present them both to God and allow God to guard your heart and mind.

SUNDAY: II Timothy 1:7
Notice the spirit God “gave us” is past tense. We already have a spirit of power, love and self-discipline! Meditate on this truth.
