AT THE MOVIES: "FINDING DORY”
MONDAY: Luke 15:1-7
Sometimes we are lost. When was the last time you were lost? How did you find your way home?
TUESDAY: Ephesians 3:14-17
Paul prayed a desperate prayer for the Jesus followers in Ephesus. Have you ever prayed desperate prayers? Write a prayer for what is most needed in your life and the lives of those around you.
WEDNESDAY: Luke 23:39-44
Jesus prayed a prayer of desperation. What did Jesus pray? When you really want something to happen, are you really willing for it to go a different way?
Ephesians 2:8-9 God wants to save you, and there is nothing you can do about it. Have you experienced God’s grace and forgiveness? Do you think you need to earn it? Receive God’s free gift of grace today!
FRIDAY: Jonah 3:1-10
God gave the Ninevites a second chance. Do you need a second chance? Ask God to have compassion on you, and then like the Ninevites obey God’s rules.
SATURDAY: Psalm 139:1-18
God knows you. God created you. When you read through this Psalm, what does it tell you about God? What about God in relationship to you? Rewrite Psalm 139 in your own words.
SUNDAY: Ephesians 3:18-21
God is love. What is your experience of God’s love? Describe it. Share God’s love with others.
