REFOCUS QUESTIONS...

Who doesn’t want to make the greatest impact possible in this life? Jesus modeled a new reality of greater achievement while in the company of others. Yep — humans are just plain BETTER TOGETHER.

THIS IS US...BETTER TOGETHER

MONDAY: Acts 2:42-47
Following Jesus is a team sport. What were the daily habits of those first followers of Jesus? What about your daily habits? Are they similar? How could you reorder your life so that your life would more resemble the lives of those fIrst followers?

TUESDAY: Acts 1:12-14
The disciples gathered and prayed together. Are you a loner, or do you have a group? We grow in circles, not in rows. If you are not connected to a life group email [email protected].

WEDNESDAY: Matthew 18:15-20
Sometimes “better together” is not easy. How are followers of Jesus supposed to handle conflict? How do you handle conflict? What step do you need to take in addressing conflict with someone?

THURSDAY: Ecclesiastes 4:12
What’s your identity? How does God see you? Do you see you the way that God sees you? Tell a trusted follower of Jesus and/or your life group if you struggle to see yourself as a daughter or son of God.

FRIDAY: Exodus 6:6-8
God does not want a religion; God wants a people. What does it mean to be a son or daughter of God? Do you see yourself as part of the people of God? Why or why not?

SATURDAY: Leviticus 25:35-38
How does God want God’s people to live? What does generosity look like? Do you struggle with generosity? What are your reservations? How could you live more generously today?

SUNDAY: Acts 2
Read through the entire chapter and pay attention to what words or phrases stand out. What words struck you? What do they tell you about God? What about yourself? Ask God to do the supernatural in and through you.
