Nobody seems to want religion right now and it's no wonder. We've taken what God meant to be beautifully simple and made it oh-so difficult. This weekend, COME TO THE BEACH and hear Jesus' invitation to a better way - because the wrong ideas about God can make you sick...SEASICK.

MONDAY: Matthew 16:5-12
Pharisees were practicing some bad religion. Have you ever had a bad experience with religion? How did that experience affect your faith?
TUESDAY: James 1:26
What does the writer of James say about religion? What is good religion? What is bad religion? What do you think? Does this challenge how you live everyday?
WEDNESDAY: John 10:10
What is Jesus’ promise? Why has Jesus come to the earth? Is this your experience of Jesus? What about people who claim to follow Jesus?
THURSDAY: Matthew 11:28-30
Jesus promises us rest. What kind of rest does Jesus promise? Do you need rest in your life? What practices do you need to give up or take on to experience Jesus’ rest?
FRIDAY: Matthew 15:29-39
Jesus provided along the shoreline. What happened at the beach in this story? Describe the miracle. Have you experienced miracles in your life? Where do you need for God to miraculously provide for you?
SATURDAY: Romans 7:1-6
Are religious rules important? Do they motivate you to do the right thing? What was the purpose of religious rules when Jesus was alive?
SUNDAY: Proverbs 3:5-6
Do you trust God? Name areas that are harder to trust than other areas of your life. Ask God to help you to trust in God’s guidance.
