Responsibilities:

  • Maintain ACS and Microsoft Access Databases, serve as “help desk” for staff and unpaid servants
  • Maintain and post updates to Checkpoint Kiosk
  • Coordinate the weekly attendance entry process for Ginghamsburg’s three campuses – Tipp City, Fort McKinley and The Point – and maintain membership information
  • Run annual reports in ACS as requested from members of the Lead Team as well as mailing lists and other reports for communication requestors
  • Recruit, train and deploy unpaid servants
  • Process communication requests from ministry requestors
  • Process mailings with USPS Job Aids software. Maintain mailing equipment, and inventory of plain mailing envelopes and printed envelopes with indicia.
  • Assist with charge conference and annual conference reports
  • Process baptism and membership certificates
  • Serve as registrar for Ginghamsburg conferences
  • Other duties as required

Ginghamsburg Preschool and Child Care Center Assistant Director will be knowledgeable and uphold all of the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services rules and regulations for a licensed center. The Assistant Director will partner with the director and continue to pursue Step Up to Quality Star ratings and maintaining our current ACSI accreditation.

In the absence of the director, the assistant director will act as the director and be responsible to the Ginghamsburg Christian Preschool and Childcare Center Board.
