Become the hub of the wheel at our fast-paced urban Ginghamsburg campus located at Salem and Siebenthaler! The Fort administrative coordinator is responsible for administrative functions, coordinating and organizing servant teams and details, and making sure the day-to-day ministry support is in place. | Primary Responsibilities: | - Being the staff support for unpaid servant ministry at Fort McKinley.
- Identifying, recruiting, training, deploying and supporting dynamic servant led ministries.
- Organization and oversight of ministries including the Office ministry, Project Neighborhood, Radical Hospitality, Breakfast ministry and others.
- Being a resource and source of accountability for the unpaid servant leaders.
- Assisting the Campus Pastor with implementation of the vision and direction of the church.
- Being a liaison for resources, information and connection with the Main Campus.
- Being the organizational staff point person for church events including worship, community, discipleship and other ministry.

Children’s Ministry is looking for individuals with a calling for teaching kids about Jesus to join our team. Paid Providers are needed for evening classes Weeknight hours are 6:15-8:45 p.m. Classes are offered on all evenings except Fridays. Work one or more evenings. | Accountable to: | Director of Children’s Ministry. |
| Primary Responsibilities: | - Provide for the physical needs of the child. This includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
- Assisting the child with toilet training including dressing and undressing during toileting.
- Teaching proper hygiene including washing hands after using restroom, before and after snack time, and after activities that involve handling glue or other craft items.
- Providing snacks to the children using proper hygiene including wearing gloves when handling food and placing snacks on napkins or in paper cups.
- Assuring that the tables where snacks are consumed are properly cleaned before and after snacks are served.
- Provide for the emotional needs of the child. This includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
- Giving the child appropriate emotional support and attention to assist in the child’s separation from the parent and adjustment to the classroom.
- Provide for the cognitive needs of the child. This includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
- Reading stories and singing songs to the child to enhance their listening skills.
- Using storyboards and other items from the Learning Lab to enhance comprehension and visual stimulation.
- Encouraging the use of toys and other objects to enhance eye-hand coordination and fine motor manipulation.
- Provide for the spiritual needs of the child. This includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
- Reading Bible stories from age-specific books to foster Biblical knowledge and growth.
- Singing songs with spiritual content to foster Biblical knowledge and growth.

Resumes are being accepted for a part-time paid position to lead Student Ministry bands and choir for Sunday and Wednesday evening student group events. Preference is given to candidates who have experience in leading, recruiting, coaching, communicating with and discipling students in grades 6-12 in contemporary worship band and vocals.
