| Accountable to: | Executive Pastor. |
| Primary Responsibilities: | - Articulating and implementing the vision for all aspects of music ministry across the congregation, embracing the unique “DNA” of Ginghamsburg.
- Enlistment, supervision and development of all worship celebration band leaders, assuring quality musicians/bands for all venues and events as needed.
- Commitment to consistent, weekly small-group-based discipleship, leadership development, and equipping/training unpaid servants for great ministry.
- Partnering with Children’s/Student Ministry to arrange and assure overall cohesion and excellent, simultaneous music ministry church-wide.

| Additional Responsibilities: | - Participation and teamwork with both worship design team and the senior pastor to assure vision, direction and implementation of all music/worship initiatives.
- Regional and national networking for continued information, ideas and strategic impact in music/worship ministries.

Put your computer and people skills to use to serve those who are unemployed or in need of assistance. The Ohio Benefit Bank (OBB) is a web-based computer program to connect low and moderate-income Ohioans with access to work supports such as tax credits and public benefits. (see www.obb.ohio.gov). This part-time position needs a person with strong administrative and computer skills who is self- directed, flexible, able to organize servants and willing to work with persons in need, assisting at both New Path locations (Ginghamsburg South Campus and Fort McKinley). | Primary Responsibilities: | - Become proficient in the Ohio Benefit Bank (OBB) computer program to determine benefits and file federal and state taxes for clients.
- Maintain proficiency by learning all changes and updates for OBB program.
- Keep other New Path OBB counselors informed of changes and updates for OBB program and offer encouragement.
- Schedule and perform OBB benefit assessments and tax filing for clients at New Path locations at Ginghamsburg and Fort McKinley.
- Maintain schedule and records of all OBB benefit assessment and tax filing clients for all New Path OBB counselors.
- Provide a monthly report of OBB activity.
- Promote use of OBB availability and benefits to New Path clients and develop and speak to other target groups in the New Path service area.
- Assist at New Path and Fort McKinley food pantries and offices as time is available.
- Other duties as needed or assigned.

| Primary Responsibilities: | - Purchase and coordinate the accounting of all food, supplies and other products for the operation of the Common Grounds.
- Purchase and coordinate the accounting of all food supplies and other products for Student Ministry events, trainings and trips.
- Assist Executive Chef in preparation and execution of food service for church-wide special events.
- Recruit, train and deploy student and adult unpaid servants to assist in the day-to-day operation of the Common Grounds.
- Work on a part-time basis of approximately 15-20 hours per week.

- Produce professional-level video/digital media for worship on a weekly basis as needed.
- Remain current with new trends in technology, and master new skills as necessary.
- Learn live weekend worship process; serve in various roles as needed.
