Saturdays starting November 4, 9-11am, Fort McKinley Campus Worship Center
Yoga, Bible study and other practical tools are combined to create a space for self-awareness and a deep connection to God. This group is designed to help you become healthier in body and mind while learning to listen for the promptings of the Holy Spirit. All skill levels in yoga are welcome!!
