HOSPITALITY
The Hospitality Team is a team of people like you who have a heart to serve like Jesus did. You make guests feel known, noticed and loved. It all starts with a simple “Hello!” and a smile. The team takes care of everything from opening the doors for guests to helping them find seats, distributing free donuts, serving communion, and even answering phones during the week.
COFFEE SHOP
Our coffee shop isn’t just about great coffee—it’s about creating a warm, welcoming space that sparks connection. Whether you’re a coffee enthusiast or just love making people feel at home, serving here is a fun and meaningful way to be part of something bigger. No barista experience? No problem! Middle and high school can be a wild ride, and students need mentors who will walk with them, listen, and point them toward Jesus. Music moves us, connects us, and helps us encounter God in powerful ways. Whether you sing, play an instrument, or have a passion for worship, there’s a place for you on our music team! LIVE PRODUCTION
Every week, hundreds of people connect with our church online, and our Live Production Team makes it possible! Whether it’s running cameras, mixing audio, managing slides, or directing the broadcast, this team helps create an immersive worship experience for those in the room and beyond. No experience? PHOTOGRAPHY
A single photo can tell a powerful story. Our photography team helps capture the heart of our church—worship, community, and life-changing moments—so others can see and experience what God is doing. Whether you’re a pro with a DSLR or just love snapping great shots on your phone, we’d love for you to be part of the team. Help us share the story of our church—one photo at a time.
CARE & PRAYER TEAM
Be that extra support for someone in need. Do you have the gift of walking alongside people in their time of need? Consider serving with the care team. Responsibilities include: praying for our church family and guests, reaching out to our church family, making hospital visits, assisting with funerals and pastoral care. This is perfect for anyone that loves to share their heart with others.
PROVIDE A MEAL
When a family is in a crisis, sometimes it can be hard to get a meal to the table. That’s where we come in. Our meal train ministry is dedicated to helping out families in a midst of that crisis: a death in the family, an accident, a critical illness…by providing them with a meal when they need it most. Use the buttons below to either provide a home-cooked meal or a financial gift towards a meal. LEADERSHIP
Class leader. Life group leader. Mission team leader. We’re looking for anyone with the ability to facilitate, encourage and share. Plan content and create a space for study, growth and service all while building community and forming lasting relationships. Materials and resources are provided; you just need to bring your willingness to lead!
ONLINE AMBASSADORS
Greet others online during worship and share the good news about Ginghamsburg from the comfort of your couch. We’re seeking people to serve as online hosts, greeters and digital ambassadors. This is perfect for someone who wants to serve and loves talking to others but may not be able to serve in person.
