Wednesdays, 6:00-8pm, Tipp City Campus Room 117

This two-hour small group begins with an hour of yoga practice to slow our minds and cultivate a contemplative space where we can grow in self-awareness and listen to the quiet promptings of the Spirit. Exploration that supports women in becoming healthy in body, inspired in mind and more deeply connected to God and one another will follow. Bible study, and other practical tools will be used to help engage our unique feminine journeys of transformation.
