First time visiting? Here’s how it works!
Whether you’re checking your child in for Kids Worship or childcare, look for an adult in an orange Kids tshirt or a red hospitality shirt; they’ll direct you to where you can check in. After you’re comfortable with the environment and volunteers, your kid will receive a name tag and a welcome gift. In the event that we would need to contact you during worship, you will receive a text message on your cell phone or a buzz on your pager. We ask that you exit the Worship Center and head straight to your kid’s space and look for a staff member or servant volunteer.
After worship, our team will be in touch with you to check on your visit and offer an opportunity to register your kid for quick kiosk check-in when you return.
Upon your next visit after registering, there will be a volunteer assisting with check in at an available kiosk. You will receive a name tag for your kid that is to be worn during worship. You also receive a tag. Don’t lose it! All of these tags will have matching identification numbers that are exclusive to your family and your visit. That’s how we keep your kid safe.
What To Expect
At each worship time, your kid will experience a safe and fun environment where they can experience community with kids their own age, learn about God’s plan for their life, hearing a Bible story and age-appropriate praise and worship. With their small group leaders and friends, your kid will start to create memories and build relationships that will last a lifetime.
One to One Ministry
Ginghamsburg Kids has implemented a ministry program specially designed for kids with individual special/behavioral needs to introduce them to the love of Jesus and make God’s word come alive. Kids are connected with a One to One volunteer who will build a relationship and assist them with learning opportunities. Plan your first visit by sending an email to kids@ginghamsburg.org.
