Grief. It’s been described as “an odd beast with tentacles everywhere.” Grief is your own bodily response to loss. It’s most commonly paired with the death of a loved one, but you can also grieve over the loss of a relationship, a job, anything to which you have a deep bond or affection. Grief can affect you mentally and physically. Although we cannot feel your pain, we want to help.

GriefShare is a weekly support group designed to walk with you on your grief journey as you begin to heal. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been mourning, we have a space for you!
